ExplorerBar has always the same size

Hello,
I've added a ExplorerBar to a Form and put some Elements on it. Then I clicked "Fit Contents" on the explorerBarPane and it looks fine.
But after prssing F5, the ExplorerBar has the Defaultsize (I think a height of 80).
Unfortunately the Elements need more Space. Why does the explorerBarPane has always the default size? How can I change the size. At the moment, the ExplorerBar is useless for me.
