disabled toolbar button

With this last version of Sandbar when I disable a toolbar button, instead of the icon graying out, the icon completely disapears. Why was this changed and how can I get the old behavior?

Tim has confirmed this to be a 'problem' introduced in the last SandBar build, 1.4.1.

He sent me a hotfix by eMail - so, if you are a registered Customer, you should write to Customer Support (http://www.divil.co.uk/net/support/customers/) to receive that hotfix.
