Missing Options Button in Application Menu

Hi,

I have noticed a strange thing with the Application Menu. If I hide the the display area I find that the Options button disappears when I run the application. In design mode, the Options button is clearly visible.

That is, simply toggling DisplayAreaVisible property causes the Options button as well as the Display area to disappear.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
I am using v1.6.3.1

This is happening because the designer enforces certain minimum sizes at design time, to aid designing of parent items that don't yet have any children. At runtime the menu is as small as it can be, which unfortunately results in the clipping of the Options button.
