Problem with document container size

I sent a bug report a week ago, and I haven't had any response yet, so I'm afraid the bug report could get lost somehow. So I've decided to post it again here, just in case somebady can lend me a hand solving it.

The problem I'm getting is that when a floating panel is shown docked, the document container is not properly resized and leaves the layout of my application in a complete unusable way.

I've done a screenshot of what I'm getting:

See that the document container is 'under' the BLide debug panel, and the BLIde debug panel is not in auto-fold mode, it is fixed, so the document container should be resized, but it is not.

any ideas? I need this to be solved urgently.
