Sanddock 1.3.0.2 has problems with commands

Hallo

Last days I upgraded to the new version (Sanddock 1.3.0.2) and now I didn't get any react from any command in my application.
I tested this problem with your sample application and added a commandbinding to the open button in the toolbar and I also do not get any commanbindingEvent.

Please help.
